Routes & Patrols

Prove the round actually happened

Build a route from ordered stops. The phone shows the next one, each scan is stamped with the time and place, and a missed stop says so while the round is still running.

What you get with Routes & Patrols

Build a round from checkpoints, watch it get done in real time, and hand the client proof of every stop.

Build the round

Drop the stops on the map in the order they should be walked, with how long it ought to take and how each one gets proven.

Scan at every stop

An NFC tag, a QR code, or just being there. Every scan carries the time and the spot, so the round cannot be walked from the parking lot.

When each stop was hit

The time on every checkpoint and the length of the whole round, against how long it was meant to take.

Told about a missed stop

A skipped stop or a round running late says so while there is still time to do something, and escalates if nobody acts.

Rounds that repeat

Set it hourly, nightly, or on whatever pattern the contract says, to one person or rotating across the team.

Proof the client can read

A PDF of the stops, the times and anything that went wrong. It is the answer to "how do I know anyone came".

No. An NFC tag is the hardest to fake, but a printed QR code or plain GPS proximity works too, and you can mix them stop by stop.

Your team is in the field right now.
