No. TeamMap runs the security side and holds the incident detail. Your existing parent-notification system sends the message.

What about a whole district?

Each campus keeps its own map, rounds and schedules, and the district looks at all of them from one place.

Is it FERPA compliant?

TeamMap holds security data only: officer positions, round logs and incidents, no student records. It sits beside your student system, not inside it.

How campus security teams use TeamMap

How teams like yours run a shift.

Officers on the map

Building by building, so a call goes to whoever is actually near it.

One alert, everyone

Hold SOS and it goes out with the position. One channel reaches every building.

Rounds you can prove

Tags in the hallways, the lots and the perimeter turn a round into a record.

Incidents written down

Photos, statements and the spot, with the follow-up tracked to a close.

One channel per building

Officers, administration and facilities on messages and voice notes, a channel each.

Built-in tools for this industry

Live Map

One map for your whole team: people, sites, zones, jobs and events, on the dashboard and on the phone. How fine the replay trail is, and how far back it goes, is set by your plan.

SOS & Safety

An SOS button for lone guards. One hold sends the position, opens an incident, pages the team by push and email, and re-alerts until someone answers.

Routes & Patrols

Build a patrol round from checkpoints, watch each stop get scanned, and hand the client a PDF showing what was walked and what was missed.

Incident Reporting

Incident reporting from the phone, with photos, the time and the place on the record. Response-time alerts, a full timeline, and one PDF at the end.

Team Communication

Team communication for security crews: a channel per site, direct messages, voice notes and photos, in the same app as the map and the jobs. Works offline.

Scheduling

Guard scheduling with GPS clock-in. Drag next week together, let guards take open shifts, hear about no-shows, and export timesheets payroll can read.

Digital Reports

Digital reports and checklists you build by dragging. Fill them on the phone with photos, video and signatures, then send them for approval. Works offline.

Dispatch

Dispatch from the map. Pick who goes and click where, and it lands on their phone as an assigned job with a high-priority alert naming the destination.
