How do clients get their reports?

By email, without you sending anything. A patrol report goes out after each shift, daily or weekly, and the client can sign in to a live view of the guard on site. Incidents, routes and shifts also save as PDF.

Contract or in-house?

Both. Contract companies lean on multiple sites; an in-house team uses the same parts for one campus.

What if a guard loses signal?

The app keeps working. Scans, reports and positions wait on the phone and land in order when the signal comes back.

How private security teams use TeamMap

How teams like yours run a shift.

Tours you can prove

A scan at each stop, so the client sees the round happened without calling.

Incidents from the phone

Filed where it happened, with the photos, the time and the spot on it.

A record per client

Sites, contacts and rates on one record, with every round and incident against it.

Guard scheduling

Drag the week together. A late clock-in or a no-show reaches you during the shift.

Voice notes in the channel

Record it once, everyone on that site hears it, and it stays in the thread.

Site instructions as tasks

Site instructions go out as tasks and checklists, to whoever is standing there.

Built-in tools for this industry

Live Map

One map for your whole team: people, sites, zones, jobs and events, on the dashboard and on the phone. How fine the replay trail is, and how far back it goes, is set by your plan.

Routes & Patrols

Build a patrol round from checkpoints, watch each stop get scanned, and hand the client a PDF showing what was walked and what was missed.

NFC & QR

NFC and QR checkpoint scanning. Tap a tag or scan a printed code to prove someone stood there, with the time and the spot on the record. Works offline.

Incident Reporting

Incident reporting from the phone, with photos, the time and the place on the record. Response-time alerts, a full timeline, and one PDF at the end.

Scheduling

Guard scheduling with GPS clock-in. Drag next week together, let guards take open shifts, hear about no-shows, and export timesheets payroll can read.

Team Communication

Team communication for security crews: a channel per site, direct messages, voice notes and photos, in the same app as the map and the jobs. Works offline.

Clients & Sites

One record per client: every site under the contract, the billing rate you agreed, and the rounds, shifts, incidents and reports filed against the account.

Digital Reports

Digital reports and checklists you build by dragging. Fill them on the phone with photos, video and signatures, then send them for approval. Works offline.
