Can drivers use their own phones?

Yes. The TeamMap app runs on the iOS or Android phone the driver already owns, so there is no rugged handheld to buy first.

How accurate is the GPS tracking?

It is whatever the phone reports: tight in open air, loose between tall buildings. Your plan sets how fine the replay trail is and how far back you can replay: Business can go as often as once a minute, kept for 6 months.
