Can I track preventive maintenance?

Yes. Put the work on a recurring schedule with due dates, and the analytics dashboard counts what got completed in the period, by site or by person.

Does it connect to our other systems?

TeamMap stands on its own. There is no public API, but timesheets export as a PDF or a spreadsheet and task, incident and route lists export as a spreadsheet.
